Elcome has completed an impressive array of system upgrade projects. For the Indian Navy, the company upgraded legacy navigation sensors with ECDIS. Elcome has entrusted with a large number of AMCs. Examples of these contracts include nine years of maintenance services for the ECDIS installed aboard naval ships and seven years of maintenance service for the National AIS project. AMCs can be both all-inclusive and customized to client requests. Customized AMCs are provided for communication, navigation and control systems including shore-based maintenance (SBMC). Elcome’s all-inclusive annual maintenance contracts include the benefits of rapid response, predictable maintenance costs, guaranteed availability of spare parts, and long-term maintenance coverage.
Elcome provides ‘service on request’ to meet equipment repair and emergency service needs. For equipment purchased through Elcome, the company provides after-sales support including fulfilment of the manufacturer’s warranty coverage. Elcome also provides on-board repair services for a wide range of navigation, communications, and control systems. Several of the firm’s engineers are certified in BOSEIT (Basic Offshore Induction and Emergency Training) and provide services to offshore vessels and oil & gas platforms.
